Who we are
Vertgigs is operated by AstraBrava (the "Company"). Our services are available at vertgigs.com. Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy-related question or request.
Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly (name, email, role, city, reel URL, credits, day rate, availability), data collected automatically (IP address via Cloudflare, page views via Cloudflare Web Analytics which is cookieless), and payment information processed by Stripe (we never store full card numbers). We do not collect biometric data. We do not collect data about minors (the platform is adults-only).
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the platform (profile display, search, applications, messaging), to process payments via Stripe, to send transactional emails via Resend (account confirmations, application notifications), and to improve the platform using aggregated, anonymized analytics. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.
Where data is stored
Profile data and platform activity is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite, US-based), Cloudflare R2 (media/reel storage, US and EU regional options), and Cloudflare KV (session data). Email delivery is via Resend. Payment data is managed by Stripe. All infrastructure providers have their own privacy policies and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Your rights (California : CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected and how it is used; delete personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within 45 days.
Your rights (Mexico : LFPDPPP)
Users in Mexico have rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (derechos ARCO) under the Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within 20 business days.
Cookies and tracking
Vertgigs uses one first-party cookie (your session/auth state). Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. We do not use any advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The cookie banner on our site lets you acknowledge this; it stores your acknowledgement in localStorage, not a cookie.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged from production databases within 30 days, from backups within 90 days. Anonymized aggregate analytics data is retained indefinitely.
DMCA and content removal
To report content that infringes your copyright or that violates our Terms (including non-consensual intimate imagery under the TAKE IT DOWN Act), use the form at vertgigs.com/report. 48-hour SLA applies to NCII reports.
